Our wire rope threaded lifting loops are manufactured from high specification wire swaged onto a steel ferrule, providing a strong and reliable lifting device that can be re-used, subject to being checked for damage prior to each lift All loops are clearly marked with the manufactures details, the SWL and an individual serial number to comply with regulations .
Supplied from stock in both M and Rd thread types from M12 to Rd52.

Wire Rope Lifting Loop for precast concrete components is a lifting device designed for lifting and moving precast concrete components (such as beams, slabs, wall panels, columns, etc.). It is connected to the components through an anchor system embedded in the concrete to ensure safe and efficient lifting and moving of heavy precast components during construction or transportation.

Precast Concrete Lifting Loop is made of high-grade steel wire, forged in steel ferrules, and galvanized. Designed for threaded lift sockets, it provides a versatile and economical method of lifting prefabricated units for most applications, especially field operations.
Lifting loops with a pressed-on socket with thread can withstand a 45° oblique lift. If lateral loads are to be applied, a swivel eye should be used to allow the lift link to rotate 360°. The threaded lifting ring can only be attached to the equipment after the concrete strength reaches 15 MPa. In some cases, it may be economical and practical to place the loop with the equipment until the final installation.
The Special Lifting Loop is a component in the thread system which serves as a lifting key.
